By creating an Availo account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our User Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use Availo.

1. The service

Availo is a Festival Lead Capture platform for organizers, sponsors, and attendees. Organizers run events; sponsors operate booth activations; attendees register once, check in to events, and visit activations. Features include account auth, event management, sponsor invites, registration and check-in, booth visit recording, analytics, and consented lead export.

2. Accounts and roles

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials private. Organizer and sponsor accounts are for legitimate event operations. Attendee accounts are personal and reusable across events. You may not impersonate others, create fake events or activations, or share login access in a way that bypasses role controls.

3. Organizer responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for accurate event details, inviting real sponsors, and how they use attendee registration and check-in data for their events. Organizers may view checked-in attendees for their own events. Marketing outreach about future events must respect organizer-marketing consent captured at check-in.

4. Sponsor responsibilities

Sponsors may use activation links only at assigned booths for the invited event. Sponsors see lead contact details only for attendees who visited their activation with visit-sharing consent. Post-event marketing is allowed only when the lead opted into sponsor marketing. Compliance for outreach rests with the sponsor.

5. Attendee use

Attendees should register with their own details. Check-in and booth visits are voluntary. Required visit-sharing consent at check-in enables sharing details with activations you visit; optional marketing consents default off and control post-event contact.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse attendee data, scrape or resell lead lists, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt events, or use Availo for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the User Guidelines.

7. Data and privacy

How we collect and share data is described in our Privacy notice. Exports and dashboards reflect consent rules; you remain responsible for lawful use of any data you download.

8. Changes

Availo may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. For questions, see Contact.
